Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and worked at a Westminster firm as a commercial property lawyer, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and surrenders, and other landlord and tenant issues. Prior to qualifying, she worked at a number of arts organisations, including the Royal Academy of Arts and Britart.com, and she has since obtained a diploma in Art Law and Policy from the Institute of Art Law.

Jessica joined Swan Turton in November 2009 to work with Nicholas Sharp on ‘Contracts for the Visual Arts’, the new unit providing tailor-made advice for visual arts organizations and galleries in relation to exhibitions, loans, governance, commissions and intellectual property.
