Alice is a consultant in the firm's Theatre, Advertising & Marketing and Corporate Groups.  Alice qualified in the City then spent six years at a leading entertainment law firm followed by five years at the Simkins Partnership.

She specialises in corporate and commercial work for clients in the entertainment industries.  She advises individuals and companies on all types of corporate transactions.  She has particular experience in acting for groups of individuals in creative businesses on start-ups and sales.

In the theatre sector she advises commercial producers, theatre owners, subsidised theatre companies, rights owners and artists on rights contracts, funding and transfers of shows from the subsidised to the commercial sector.

In the advertising field she has advised on acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements for agencies.  She has particular experience of client/agency contracts and artist agreements, as well as other commercial agreements.  She acts for above and below-the-line agencies, production companies and advertisers.
