Rosie is an assistant solicitor in the firm's Litigation, Intellectual Property and Advertising & Marketing Groups.  Her practice area covers both contentious and non-contentious media and entertainment and commercial matters.  Rosie has been involved in various trials in the High Court and has particular expertise in defamation and privacy, copyright, passing off and trade marks.  Rosie advises many high profile celebrities, photographers, broadcasters, record companies and corporate clients.

Before training with the Simkins Partnership Rosie gained a wealth of industry knowledge and know-how working for Capital Radio, Red TV, Avalon Radio, Universal Music and Avalon Television.
