Sebastian is an experienced associate working in the firm’s Film and TV, Music and Corporate Groups. Sebastian has an extensive working knowledge of the music business and creative understanding of its processes and people. He advises on a broad range of music and film related areas as well as working on a wide variety of corporate matters with David Farquharson. His clients include independent music publishers, record labels, managers, promoters, distributors, film producers, artists and songwriters. After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in the 1990s Sebastian co-founded and ran a successful south London dance music label. He studied law part-time and subsequently trained and worked at specialist music firm Benedicts Grant before joining Swan Turton in 2008.
