Stuart is a partner in the firm.  Stuart spent eight years working as a sound engineer before studying law at the University of Westminster.  He joined the Simkins Partnership in 1997, qualified in 1999 and was a founding partner of Swan Turton in 2005.

Stuart works on music related and general corporate and commercial matters and his clients include major and independent record companies, advertisers, music publishers, record producers, recording artists, writers and internet companies. 

Stuart holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in UK and European Law of Copyright and Related Rights from King's College London.
