Tracy is an experienced assistant solicitor in the Litigation Group.  She specialises in media and entertainment law including defamation, privacy and confidentiality, and in intellectual property matters, including copyright, passing off, domain name and trade mark disputes.  Tracy also deals with general commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, insolvency and employment law.  She acts for a wide range of clients including celebrities, photographers and theatre producers.

After reading law at Liverpool University and completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Tracy trained at a leading West End media and entertainment firm and qualified in September 2002.  Tracy joined Swan Turton in June 2006.
